A chain hotel with traditionally high standards. There is a sun deck with the outdoor pool, a good spa-section, with the inside pool and different types of steam bathes. The room is spacious (we've booked King Guest Room).

Clean and big rooms. The location isn’t right in the main touristy part of Çanakkale (ie it’s not near the ferry port) but the location was perfect for us - there’s a lovely waterfront walkway and plenty of food options nearby.

Comfortable and large, though not so bright room. Would like to mention the exceptional massage I received in the spa. Thanks to the fragile Balinese masseuse! Breakfast really good as a food.....as a drink.... filter coffee and black tea. Any other tea - no options - just green or espresso are extra.

The location and ambiance of the place. Reception staff and bell person very friendly. The lady at the entrance of the restaurant also very pleasent and meets you with a broad smile. Excellent prayer room.

Location perfect for our needs and easy to find. Parking also easy (not so easy in town centre hotels)

A beautiful hotel. Lovely modern modern rooms with nice views. Clean functional and, importantly in summer, cool! The whole complex was beautiful and very modern with great indoor and outdoor pools and bar areas. Breakfast was the best we had in Turkey.....magnificent! The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. A wonderful experience!

Location is very good, the hotel has direct access to beach side walk, coffees, small shopping center in front and another big mall five minutes walk
